The Jearl Smart foundation scholarship is a one-semester award, renewable for 7 semesters if all qualifications are met. Students shall be required to maintain a minimum of 12 hours per semester to be eligible. Payment will be made directly to the school. Preference may be given to students attending high school in Seminole County, Oklahoma and also to those pursuing a career in healthcare.
Scholarship recipients will be required to reapply each semester. Renewal of the scholarship is dependent upon the recipient’s compliance with all rules of the scholarship.
The form submission deadline is April 1.
